On Sunday, February 5, we will gather in the fellowship hall and gathering space for a time of birthday celebration. On February 10, 1833 our congregation was officially incorporated. Since then we have experienced the ups and downs of parish ministry. There were triumphs and tragedies. There were feasts and famines. There was lament and rejoicing.

In Ecclesiastes the teacher says: there is a season and a time and place for everything. Friends, it is time to celebrate.

As we prepare for another decade with and for Christ, let us pause to give thanks for where we've been, give thanks for where we are, and give thanks for the road ahead.
